The month of romance. The month that welcomes the brightness of spring colors. Both of these characteristics are embedded in today’s outfit.
It is that time of the year when we’re all waiting for the warm weather to kick in and finally leave all the layering behind. Even though weather conditions don’t always align with our own fashion desires, we still have another form of guidance: color. As a matter of fact, this outfit was originally supposed to be just the jumpsuit, without any other layers. Even though we couldn’t stick with that, we worked it out with a white jean jacket which matched the white chunky shoes. Speaking of which, ever since we received this pair of Lugz, we have barely worn any other shoe pairs; we highly recommend them.
Rewinding to the jumpsuit, through this outfit, we tried to transition from the darker winter hues to more vivid spring colors that are slowly seeping their way back in. For this reason, we wanted the focus to be the jumpsuit whose bright red color beautifully contrasts the white of the jacket and the shoes. To form a more cohesive look, we decided on an accessory that included both white and red: the headband. This headband ties in the jumpsuit with the shoes and jacket perfectly. However, the outfit might have looked boring if we were to leave it with only white and red, therefore, we added another pop of color to make it more interesting. The green scarf puts a twist on the red and white outfit, while also harmoniously combining the cherry pattern with the headband pattern.

Although this outfit is not specifically created for Valentine’s Day, it could work really well for a casual date or a girls’ movie night. On a different note, we would like to take a moment to appreciate the location for these picture.
