Fashion shows in general are known for their craziness, but when you’re talking about a Downtown L.A Contemporary Fashion Show, it gets even better. Whether you are a designer, a model or a guest, by the end, you will be excited that you were part of a showcase of new trends and original designs.
Attending Street Fashion Week, which took place on a building’s roof, I thought I would dress accordingly. Los Angeles nights tend to be somewhat chilly during spring, therefore I tried to add layers to this outfit. A white collared shirt and a jean dress were the base of the look. Additionally, I accessorized it with a black belt with silver stars and a handbag which is also black.
For shoes, since it was a more casual attire I decided on black flats. Finally, to make sure I won’t freeze to death (I know it’s not that terrible, but I’m a really cold person) I wore a navy blue blazer with pinstripes to complete the outfit.
