Tropical. Denim. Summer. The temperatures in the desert are substantially increasing as we slowly approach summer. With a setting that leaves us thinking of the palm trees of the Bahamas, we created a new outfit in collaboration with Ragstock.
As you might’ve guessed already, we received a beautiful button-down overall denim dress from Ragstock which served as the basis of the outfit. Trying to highlight the simplicity of the dress, we paired it with light colors and only a pop of intense red. First, we chose a light peach tank top with fine embellishments alongside the top seam of the shirt. To match the silver of the embellishments, we decided on silver sneakers for shoes. From the silver sneakers, we also came up with the idea of wearing sparkly light pink socks which helped tie in the colors of the shirt and shoes even closer together. Additionally, in order to bring this outfit to life, we included a white, red, and green scarf to add more color to the otherwise neutral palette. Lastly, for a final accessory, we incorporated a pair of red sunglasses to cohesively link the red of the scarf to the rest of the outfit.
