Vintage Locations Call for Vintage Outfits

Vintage locations call for vintage outfits. Bright colors call for insane contrasts. This little place in the Huet Square (Piata Huet) brings both of the previous sentences to life. With vibrant blues and greens combined with an old appearance, the house is a perfect site to represent the classic city of Sibiu. Although our trip to this magical place has come to an end, your Vogue Treats fashion journey in Sibiu is just beginning with this outfit.

Walking around Huet Square inspired us to compile a fashion look with a romantic vibe to it. A combination of colors and patterns ultimately became the way to create that romantic look. The first piece we’ll mention, the skirt, has an artistically simplistic floral pattern with a bold color palette. In addition to the print, the skirt’s short black beaded fringes add to our vintage portrayal of a romantic outfit. To include the aspect of a complex print combination, we chose a striped tan and red dress shirt which we tied in the front to take away from the formality. As our main accessory, we decided on a pair of bright yellow earrings in the shape of three flowers descending in size. To tone down the vibrancy of the yellow, we chose a second accessory: a black pair of sunglasses. In need of a solid colored item to finish the look, a pair of black stilettos completed our romantic outfit.
