It’s been awhile since we brought a dressy casual outfit suited for a more formal brunch/lunch. Shortly, the sun won’t be warm enough for us to wear light outfits, so we’ll be left with an only choice of wearing winter collections. As Thanksgiving put an end to what we consider autumn, this outfit will do the same, starting our winter outfit posts. Now, without further ado, let’s go into a closeup of the outfit.
First, I chose to wear a black and white polka dot dress which supports our last trend forecast. Speaking of which, we’ll be back with new trends starting next month. To take this dress out of a summer zone and integrate it more into the current season, I chose to pair it with a black leather ruffled jacket. For shoes, I wore a pair of cream heeled sandals. Finally, to accessorize the look, I decided to wear my favorite pair of sunglasses which matched the shade of the sandals.
As I mentioned before, the dress is an example of our polka dot trend, but also has ruffles which you can get more information on from our ruffles trend.
